Heavy leather collar, made from 8/9oz bull hide leather. The ring in the center is solid brass that has been chrome plated. The ring is the perfect attachment for a leash or chain lead from the chain cuffs. Decorative, yet strong, enough for regular use. Handmade in the US, not an import.
