How do I get a quote for a custom flogger?
Email your request to edensdesires@yahoo.com. Please allow us 48 hours to get the quote back to you with all information you will need on how to place an order.

How do I know if my package has been tampered with?
Our boxes are sealed shut with plain brown packing tape. If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed with clear packing tape, this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of UPS or USPS. If you like, you can refuse delivery from UPS and then contact us for refund or exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you, but please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of UPS or USPS and not us. (This rule may not apply to items with a product number that starts with “CNV” as those are shipped from different locations that may or may not use brown packing tape)

How long are your quotes for custom floggers good for?
All custom quotes will be good for 30 days. If, after 30 days you wish to place an order, please get a re-quote to make sure material charges haven't changed.

What is your privacy policy?
All personal information submitted through the web and email is entered into our databases via secure systems. These secure systems are regularly monitored. We do not sell, and never have sold, email addresses to third parties. In order to fulfill orders we may be required to give your information to 3rd parties such as US Mail or UPS. Those companies are required by us to protect your information and privacy.

I placed an order, and now want to change it. How do I do that?
Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately. It reaches the distributor overnight and is entered into their automated system upon receipt. Due to the volume of orders received, it is not possible to interrupt the process to make a change to your order at this point. It has already been authorized against your card and may have begun the packing process and/or may have shipped. You should place a new order with the additional items. Please note you may be charged fees for the additional, smaller order.

I never received my order. What can I do?
If you have your invoice number, you can track your order online. By tracking online you can get your UPS or USPS tracking number. Contact UPS or US Mail with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive. If contacting the shipping company does not help, contact us. yourcustomersatisfaction@yahoo.com

Are the floggers shown on your site custom made too?
Yes, they are, but only the floggers shown under the Custom option. Kurt makes various floggers and keeps them as stock items and are readily available for shipping. The floggers in the Bondage section are not floggers by Kurt.

Why do I have to put a 50% down payment on my custom flogger?
Edens Desires requires a 50% down payment on all custom orders. We must purchase the materials you specify for your flogger and should you decide after placing an order you don't want it, the materials to create it have already been purchased.

How long does it take to get a custom flogger made?
From the time we receive your acknowledgment for your order, it will take approx. 2 weeks until it is ready for shipment. Once it is ready, we will email you with your balance due statement and when your payment is received as paid in full your product will be shipped either the same day or the next day.

Why does my reciept have Shopaholicsnow on it instead of Edens Desires?
For your privacy, we use Shopaholicsnow, which is our parent company name.

I received my custom flogger, and decided I don't want it. How do I return it for a refund?
Because these are custom made products, once they are shipped to you, we will not accept a return. All moneys paid by you for this product is non-refundable, as quoted on your quote that you accepted.

I love my new custom flogger! Can I get another one made exactly the same?
Because all floggers are hand made, none of them are exactly the same. Kurt does make 'twins' that he says are very close to exact, but we can not guarantee a perfectly matching flogger once we ship one to you.

You ship for free but I have to pay an added insurance fee on my custom flogger. Why?
Because this is a custom product, hand made for you, we require an additional insurance fee to ensure your product gets to you safely.

Why isn't there a payment option on your site for a custom flogger?
Because all custom floggers will be priced differently, depending on materials and size, it is impossible to have an order button on the site. All of your payment options will be available to you on the quote we send to you.
